Who is Jessica Rabbit?
Jessica Rabbit was a super sexy show girl character from the 1980s animation/live actor crossover movie "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?". Jessica was Roger Rabbit's wife and was certainly not a rabbit but a red-headed, green-eyed bombshell singer show girl who really captured the hearts and minds of millions of people. She is extremely popular to this day.
It is interesting to notice how often sexy cartoon characters are green-eyed redheads -- Jessica Rabbit, Ariel the Little Mermaid, Kim Possible, etc. The proportion of green-eyed redheads in the population of sexy cartoon characters is vastly different than in real life. Red hair with green eyes is definitely a popular formula for pin-up girls.
Jessica Rabbit certainly stands out -- in more ways than one -- as the top pin-up cartoon character to this day. Jessica was supposed to be sexy unlike the "accidentally" sexy cartoon characters such as Ariel, Kim Possible, Pocahontas, Jasmine, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, etc. Disney in particular is really great at making very sexy cartoon characters and pretending they didn't mean to do that.
